Or perhaps automatic cross filing has changed. I notice an 8k from last summer was filed. Was it automatic and now is not? Blame mgmt all you want, but why did it take 14 months for CSA to discover the filing deficiency. Was everyone asleep at the wheel or did something change with cross filing.
