if new investors are needed for recap and/or buyers of the warrant shares, would the possibility about converting to a utility model need to be addressed first? ... and, if yes, wouldn't that require clowngressional approval? ... and wouldn't that impact release timing? ...

yes - to do it - and to have it FACT - for sure

to know that Yellen and others D and R want that - NO

and such direction gaining public and political consensus --- likely would take us to 6-15 (based on what is being said about warrants)

re my answer about utility --- yes and no

IMO

any final configuration --- 100% private to 100% they steal us - would need congress

so utility is no different than any - any - other final configuration

and in all cases

stock will move a TON on formation of consensus

stock will move even bigger when done

(either direction - like when the REP senators tried to disembowel us)
