Perhaps, but that is meaningless to what management wants to do or the plans they have, not the first time it would happen with this type of share structure on a merger play.
My point is simply stating the risks/unknowns when people are acting like everything is a given and just mortgage the house to buy shares since its going to hit $1
Nothing is a given on the OTC, perhaps management would want to wipe out the OTC riff raff and start fresh with bigger pocket investors, the fact remains we do not know
