Yup, my take away was, "We have nothing and are willing to entertain offers." Cue the crickets.

The only financing that fell through was last spring when the investors lost there battle with COVID which was a terrible tragedy.
I still believe financing is in the works, there are too many people with skin in the game to not see this through to completion!
I think we will be getting some good news by the time the shareholders meeting arrives.
But I have felt this way before to only have the rug pulled out from under us.
Time will tell
