HCMC Announces Expiration of its Series A Warrants
HOLLYWOOD, FL, July 28, 2020 /GlobeNewswire/ -- Healthier Choices Management Corp. (OTC Pink: HCMC) (“HCMC or the “Company”) announces that its Series A Warrants expired at 11:59 p.m. on July 27, 2020.
