I can't believe there aren't more people trying to sleuth this out and figure out why there is a seemingly random recovery after a year of nothing. There is no news, seemingly no financing, no buy-out, no administration that is in favor of continued oil production, nothing that I can find that would lead this stock to make a 180 and go up in price. Is it twitter pumpers or can anyone dig up any reasons at all for this comeback.
