This is only a 4 year deal too. I was hoping for a limited term. I would guess the recent article on Quang Nam having 120 families making silk might have KBLB's MS or a strain they are producing included. No telling how much production potential they can get there, if it is our silks regenerating the area. I would say it is, but we'll see.

KBLB just contracted the equivalent of 40 tons per year at $250,000/ton for the next 4 years. That is full capacity for the current facility from what we’ve been told. How can anyone be disappointed with that?

I'm not. I said it was good news. The next step is to prove consistent production. If it has already been done then announce shipment. Thats all I am saying. I am hoping for a production PR to follow next week.

Without production this is all insignificant.

He now needs to come up with or execute his plan for going beyond the current facility hence the need for more capital.

Yes, down the road. His most important thing to do right now is to make sure he can fulfill this contract as best he can.

40 tons is max. Kim predicted 8 his first year awhile ago. The contract reads firm commitment up to 32million. Kim has to produce so they can actually buy.

This is good news. Now investors should want to hear about production.

Not another contract that cannot be filled at this time.
Not uplisting.
Production.

Hopefully we hear next week.

Curious what the consensus is for the price of a ton of silk?
considering the top silk is 60k a ton (old price. Have not looked lately)

What is the mark up going to be?
