I just called TD Ameritrade and asked about the ETF starting tomorrow. Although they permit you to buy Canadian and foreign stocks, they do not allow the sale of foreign ETF's. I do not know about the other brokerages...

I haven't researched how it's setup as I don't trade Neo. So, I have no idea about the rules and whether it's passive or aggressive. All I know is those that like Psychedelics in Canada gonna buy the etf.
