Hey MRDALE, ok - that was my understanding as well.

I have 40K GRAF shares and I know someone else who has over 100K Graf shs.

What we are trying to figure out is - how do we get AZRH shares and did this buy out actually take place.

Doesn't seem like it ever got executed.

Did you or anyone else get any AZRH shares - that is the $64K question.
