Most Brokerage houses will restrict orders in Caveat Emptor designated OTC securities to liquidating trades only" The order does not say if it is for everyone or just private investors. Can brokerage houses buy shares. Anyone who has access to buy shares will be limited. Who can actually buy shares after January 31?
