Shouldn't commentary on SPIN in a public forum made by someone who purports to be a top 5 owner of the stock AND A PERSONAL FRIEND OF THE CEO ...... BE DISCLOSED with said commentary EVERY TIME ????
I especially like that current mgmt would be available as directors or management in a new company. That is hilarious !!!!!!!!!!! They and the BoD just ran their business into the GROUND .... LOLOLOLOLOLOL .... Who in their right mind would want that in an already established company ??
Much of the rest is the rose colored view, irrelevant ..... and not the fully accurate historical account of SPINs business and given the outcome (SPIN is out of business) shows poor leadership and decision making.
I also like SPIN being in the $200 billion market too ..... given that SPIN has ceased operations, they aren't in any market except the market that saves their ass and their money as so eloquently detailed.
