That is a good question, a question that could take many paths.

Speculation, protect the IP(intellectual property).

Now IMMB has a product that is sellable and can be available to all Pharmacies. But if all was done appropriate, the contract has been "signed" with ENZC for rights to the product for now, or said time.

When this takes off there will be more information to the investors of course. Especially when either hits the NASDAQ.

This is all under speculation like I said. IF I could offer more insight, then one might think I am an "insider".

IMMB is tough to buy, good luck in your decision.
