yeah. caveat emptor. no market maker is allowed to publish bid/asks for it so that tells ya something. it was suspended. they've not filed the necessary docs to allow quotes to be published. who knows why the volume. but buying this could be hazardous to ya wallet lol. it's a lotto AT BEST as expected return is less than zero.
