Completely absurd for this dark, defunct company. 25 cents would be over $4B market cap for a company that hasn't had a single disclosure since 2018, no financial information since 2017.
This is a fabricated pump and dump to help liquidate bags and flip stock onto new bagholders, and nothing more.
