I bought a chunk today. It is about the escrow, and ripple needs it. Dumping the whole escrow will leave Ripple in bad shape to grow the ecosystem. I know sec doesn’t like they are profiting off it, but ripple really is genuine with growing the ecosystem and maximizing their own return.
Kick lost their sec case and sec allowed them to continue selling as long as they filed exemption certificate and sold to accredited investors. And from there, those investors can sell on the open market. Kick also only paid 5% of initial SEC lawsuit.
So kick strait up loss and got a phenomenal solution that was provided by sec and they experienced almost 1,500% returns. I don’t think identical story for Ripple but that kick outcome can not be ignored. Especially if determining a settlement
