Agreements have been severed, but Vortex welcomed and left the door wide open for IHSI to walk back inside. Recall, there was a 2 year moratorium on the non-compete / non-disclose in the termination agreement, that ended in Sep/Oct 2020. Coincidence? At the same time, Vortex has gone dark. Widner still has his shiny toy. Higley and Widner were wondering around aimlessly w/out IHSI's help. IHSI was marching them forward, SEC registrations, demo site, demos, networking and relationships built with power company execs, then meetings with power company execs. IHSI was the lead on most-all of that...think they are missed? Widner set on that shiny box for years, waiting for the right moment to move that invention forward. The timing was right, but then the lawsuit and soon after the OTC went silent overall. It's a new day...

We also can't leave out Cresent. That is bread and butter. Steady. Consistent producing revenues. Also, the lead to 5G/Telecom on the East Coast. Staff in place. Established 30+ year company. Brand recognition. The name. Trusted. Phil is making a name for himself on the West Coast. Devon I suspect is building out his telecom contact networks, where he's established himself, according to my research. This, and that shiny box of Widner's. One little phone call to those power Execs tho, "We're ready..." Recall Duke Power??? IHSI
