IF/WHEN either of these two courts "burp" anything EVEN REMOTELY FAVORABLE as to "STEM CELL/SVF SAME DAY TREATMENT" = $USRM will break 20 cents in a heartbeat in my humble opinion.
$USRM beating this in court (Or the CA case which by default then essentially = a win for USRM by default) = will literally "MAKE WORLD NEWS" overnight.
NY Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and more all covered the initial FDA bullshit case.
IF/WHEN the FDA gets their ass kicked in court which I believe we're sitting on the CUSP of - ALL those major news outlets will re-light the story in a micro second.
