This is both hedging their bet, and playing smart. The money is from GEM, clearly, and they get a chance to go to the NASDAQ. They expand their profile and portfolio as well, bet it in a small way. I personally think they know something preliminary and are ready to move quickly. Remember they are not tied to NRX as closely as well all think. NRX is just a sponsor, and RLF is the breadwinner. So, to me could this also be a play to ward off a buyout from NRX??
