sure, it's the story vs expectations for execution that determines supply/demand. Early on it's all story. As expectations are raised, the stock price will react according to how well they are met. It's early for being critical of the company. 1 months delay isn't much so the stock is still able to float on air.
I've been around for a while so I know how it works. We are in an unprecedented bull market for penny stocks due to the increased supply of traders/investors resulting from covid stay-at-homes. Social media has fueled this dramatically.
Eventually reality will return to many of the big runners. Whether that hurts VNUE or not simply depends on execution. Right now pretty high expecations have been built in. If they meet them, no problem. If they don't the stock will fall. Same story with every stock. Hope for the best.
