#13680 RE: StockWatch45 #13679

It's more about transparency. Many here thought the commercial rollout was going to begin early in q4. Others were more conservative and thought it would begin before Q4 was over. Same kind of uncertainty re the 400 units already in inventory. Same kind of uncertainty re funding.

Look at the sticky on funding -- it was expected long ago. Not because of wishful thinking but because of CEO comments.

In some respects Zach has been remarkably transparent. In others I'd say it's not as clear. Maybe it is just the result of business almost always taking longer than expected. But look at the May 2018 guidance for 100 units within 3 months. How does that even happen?

My sense has been for some time that Soundstr should have been the top priority of this company as opposed to Rob Thomas tours and opening a restaurant. Multi tasking is great when you have a winner, but they don't have a winner yet in real terms and even in terms of initial market feedback.

Finally Soundstr comes to the forefront in fall of 2020 and now something is delaying it (imo).

Let's hope all is right and straight. My own gut says that there is a 50% chance we won't see even 100 units paid for by June 30, based on the history of communication and execution. We WILL see units placed for free as long as funding comes in, but actual commercialization with willingness to pay..not so clear.

I like Zach and I love the business model. I just wish we had more clarity because at the moment history is repeating itself.

I have some shares but likely won't be buying more unless it drops into the 1s again OR if they announce clear feedback of radio stations to pay for the product. I fully realize this could just keep on going up, and if it does congrats to all.
