Short answer is yes... Part of the current process is determining the window of claim construction.
We are so cheap at this time... more and more answers will be forthcoming with the ATVI suit. I don't see WDDD being motivated to settle so... ATVI will have to dig deep to entice WDDD to consider anything short of a jury trial with treble damages in play.
Once we nail ATVI... then attention will shift to next levels but that's several dollars higher on our stock before that will come to be.

YES THERE ARE MANY In 2018 (year I last recall)the US gaming market(video games ) was 95B, Acivision held dominent market share, something like 45B for 2018....its way up from that due to Covid.
