This is the smartest question I have read on this board in a while. Why would anyone be concerned of SFIO price dropping if there is no one to sell it to. It just won't until CE is cleared. Consider it a protection gift from FINRA to us retail investors. IMMINENTLY, SFIO will file and get the CE removed. IF you are not in NOW, the lightning moving speed will leave you behind the dust, because it will be fast and furious in just one trading session. I would scoop up all the .02s and .03s before January 31st provided my bids get filled.
