The "quiet period" fallacy has been exhausted,



So we are back to fire the lawyers. Not fallacies if KBLB is silenced because Maxim wants to make money on their shares. So we wait for that maybe.

There are SEC quiet periods and other parties could have theirs. The last I heard they are still in a QP. Could we now have a "QP is over" fallacy?

So if KBLB were being advised to stay silent per QP requirements the answer would be they are being lied to?

What if they have just chosen to remain quiet so there is no possible argument and, as myself and others have suggested, are confirming successful production and deliveries, along with other catalysts, to use as part of the up list and share offering?

Ultimately it doesn’t matter if they are remaining quiet due to a QP or by their own choosing, that is what is happening.

Until the time is right, of course...
