To accept the CV misinterpretation...as "Cardio Vascular one
would to make the bizzare leap into implying that Dr.P. was stating Brilacidin was toxic and destroys the "cardiovascular system"...but not quite as high as 97%...

An of course ...the FDA always grants IND Phase II (Skip SAFETY Phase 1...because it is already been proven to be safe).. and Fast Track Designation to unsafe "toxic" drugs...as stated by some posters..

Is this interpretation of Dr P's post...Bizzare? Irrational? Beyond laughable?...YES ALL THREE...

PS...DR. P does not have to explain himself...the board knows the context and meaning of CV.

Justfactsmam, maybe Biden will boost the staff and the regulatory capacities of the SEC, if not, he will be just another president who has turned a deaf ear and a blind eye to the needs of small company investors. The fact that he comes from "corporate tax haven" Delaware does not look good for our side, but let's hope for the best.
