You must be talking about a trademark and not a patent.

Patents don't work like that - you don't submit a non-provisional and it is granted in a week - the process usually takes years.

I have no idea why you are calling a trademark a patent.

A provisional patent is good as a placeholder for 1 year - and it means you haven't filed any prior art etc.

You next have to file a non-provisional patent and it seems you haven't done that.
