It is my understanding the remaining debt is approx 860,000...

Why can't Brian cash in some prreferred D shares and pay 25% = $215,000 and Cathy cashes in some preferred to pay the remainder 75% = $645,000

Brian alone already has over 5 million in value of preferred D IMHO
