You guys need to forget about Isaac H Sutton and anything he said or says. His record and history is being the head of 7 straight failed companies. Yes, that right, 7 straight failed penny stock companies. I would not even put a grain of salt on, much less, take what he says with a grain of salt.
The ONLY thing that gives this stock any possible credibility at all is the supposed new incoming CEO, Andrew Sispoidis. I have been unable to find any negative information about him. Yet, it does concern me that he would elect to go into business with the likes of Isaac H Sutton given Mr. Sutton's history. Whether the acquisition actually happens and him becoming CEO remains to be seen. Making a statement that the acquisition would happen in mid-January then it not happening does not look good, but, sometimes things do not go as planned, so 1 delay is not unreasonable. If this pattern continues, then that is something else. We will see what happens.
As far as Isaac H Sutton, if you would do a little research you will find that he has a long history of being the head of failed penny stock companies that boast a product or service that are in the hottest and latest, and the greatest sector at the time.
So it does not surprise me that Isaac H Sutton talked about getting into New battery technology, Marijuana, and BlockChain. He can whip out those words with no effort at all.
Don't be surprised if he announces another exciting product or service he is looking to getting into if that sector suddenly becomes hot.
So FORGET ABOUT ISAAC H SUTTON.
