Not being a nay-sayer at all.....but just at a glance your first course of action should be consulting an attorney that speaks SEC if you're serious.

Yes, we're "shareholders" but that's not proprietary rights to anything. Creating an "official" company website and including anything that includes ELCR or Electric Car Company material is a lawsuit in the making without rights to use or publish.

And why I say an atty that speaks SEC is because while technically promoting a stock or company isn't illegal in general terms, the SEC frowns heavily on anything that can be construed as stock manipulation. Or, as insider knowledge or trading. LOL we don't need any Martha Stewart scandals.......

I'm thinking as an individual you can get out there and promote all you want. But collectively as a group of shareholders and potential shareholders it spells trouble without all the I's and T's covered.

It appears to me that ELCR is going to be a huge return for shareholders in the end. Just not sure collectively trying to draw attention to it as a group of shareholders is feasible....the costs, rights, disclaimers, etc etc to step into a publicly traded company might be prohibitive.
