This means, Fisher Investments 8 million-plus (share) stake in IHSI would be worth north of $2,000,000. Not a bad short-term return on investment. To kick the dust up a notch, the energy sector topic has been floating around the board the last 24+ hours. It's NOT so far fetched. IHSI had the wheels in motion in energy heavily just before the lawsuit -- a 50/50 partnership worth potentially billions. It's what kept me around, that and the steady revs of Cresent Construction Company, Inc. The information that I'm about to re-share could significantly influence the share price, if its back in play. I'm not saying it is (in play) I'm saying it could (and likely would) significantly have an impact on the net-worth of IHSI if this breaking news came to fruition, again. Before the daggers and claws come out, this isn't an attempt to influence or officially state or restate anything, but if you will, an opportunity once again, to reminisce what once was and could have been. It's not unfeasible a roll-out of this magnitude could happen and happen much-much quicker, again. At least I'd like to think so. Happy hunting, but...

First, the background:
Ref Press Release: (Below)

Second, the acquisition:

Third, where we left off (termination agreement [for protective purposes] during the lawsuit). Funny, for the record, it's been just over 2 years (as referenced) for a non-compete agreement. Timing just around the lawsuit end.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1373467/000164033419000317/vtxb_ex61.htm

Finally, a look-back at, a potential national (international) game-changing energy savings system. Big bucks? Worth a quarter? At one time, many of us thought so. SMACKS! Alpha-. A quarter though, making me rethink my trading strategy, all over again. ;-)

But for the record, I scoured the interwebs for any filings or updates on the original agreement, and came up blank.

Intelligent Highway Solutions Signs Memorandum of Understanding to Acquire 100% of Fazync Corporation;
Potential Multi-Billion Answer to Wasted Electricity

SACRAMENTO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 19, 2017 / Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: IHSI) announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire 100% of Fazync Corporation. The memorandum means IHSI will own 20% equity interest in the Fazync Phase Angle Synchronization equipment that, for the first time, will allow electric utilities to recycle wasted electricity. The inventor owns the balance of the interest.

The acquisition allows Fazync Corporation the rights to manufacture market and sell the Fazync Phase Angle Synchronization technology. Fazync Corporation will install the Fazync technology system in its new facility in Sacramento, California, that will be a live, real-time operational unit. IHSI is setting up demonstrations for utilities, large commercial and industrial users at our new facility.

Devon Jones, CEO of IHSI, stated, "The LOI that was signed last month with Fazync LLC was the initial step that moved us to taking an equity position in Fazync. This memorandum, and the forthcoming definitive agreements, are a natural evolution, moving our understanding of the technology from market testing to market acceptance. We have met with utilities, commercial and industrial owners, and the idea of recycling energy has generated enormous interest. We are moving forward to demonstrate the technology. We have scheduled upcoming, live demonstrations."

Mr. Jones continued, "We anticipate having then new facility and the demonstrations ready to go within the next 60 days. Check our Twitter and Facebook pages for updates."

"It is estimated that 40 percent of all electricity that is generated and utilized at large industrial sites is lost. When installed at the host facility, the Fazync product will allow electricity lost at a large industrial plant to be saved and utilized. We are confident that utilities will learn that by leasing this technology they can extend the life of their grid, protect it from excessive wear, damage, reduce the incidence of power outages that cost the industry an estimated $150 billion a year, and perhaps avoid having to build a new multi-billion dollar power plant," Mr. Jones concluded.
