Yes, I get that you are alleging that they do not have the integrity to actually have what they say they have.

Most courts use testimony as evidence. As you are well aware, KBLB held a very public press conference telling you they have nearly pure spider silk technology, with an estimation of 99% purity. That is a proof. You can disregard it, but that and a PR are actual proof.

It is disingenuous to state there is no proof. This is a company currently in production of different technology. You do not rush into new information, when you are launching production of current technology. At some point, you have to go with the horse you have when the science outpaces the logistics of getting into production. This is granting there is little other proof. But it is a money making endeavor and sometimes you have to hit the brakes. If that doesn't make sense then I'll simply say we disagree, and good day.
