With lockdown lasting almost as long, the tools you guys are using can be utilized with backstop on steroids.........as lock-down "Holy-shi"t profits by new entrants are keeping the limited source of playable small cap stocks on "tenderhooks": anxious, excitable and wired for "up".
Twenty odd years ago had similar frenzy, what is such a "frendy"..it is when many shop keepers close or limit store hours or hire trading surrogates to watch the screen, as normal reality time profits off their usual taskings are devalued and made inconsequential........................ Can all keep their profits?
I did so well TD Ameritrade which holds all the stats of their customers contacted me ( to test trading models) as they saw my low of 50K go to 650K in 8 months...How nice, except my brain was on holy shit time, and most of profits were in phony Chinese companies which almost never existed ( reliant for me on their weekly yo yo double and recoup channel trade), were demolished, destruction enhanced by short groups , smelling the stink early off photos of surveillance guys in China, they systematically slaughtered the still asleep including me. Ok I was left with 150K but only 5-10K usable because selling any of the other stocks would trigger giant realized losses incapable of being offset with capital gains. Only 3K per year can be deducted from taxes after exhaustion of any losses which could ever be off-setted by any capital gains.
So theoretically all the gains by hundreds of overpriced small stocks and the Tesla betters including Bitcoin have minted trillions ( yes I want to be close to this printing press now before it runs out of ink).
Just saying as many swoon so much they make material life plans in this trading market environment, and a little defense caution may be advisable, before brain sets up its scaffolding eager for more of that elixir?
But this is not for you Deadjim as see you already eying pathways to profit from alternative outcomes.
