Only one problem. SCOTUS absolutely needs to penalize the governments unconstitutional actions or this will all happen again with some other companies. This needs to be made an example of and SCOTUS owes shareholders a fair shake after 12 going 13 years of grief and being kicked around buy a bully government. If SCOTUS side steps bring punitive damages or some other punishment, they will regret it.
