DOES NOT own "20% of Pro Music Rights, Inc."
Neither does $CHIF (China Food & Beverage Co.) own "20% of Pro Music Rights, Inc." Neither of these companies has/have ever had any deal(s) in place to acquire ANY stake in Pro Music Rights, Inc.

The option to acquire 20% news from a while back was for a stake in Pro Music Rights Distribution. A different company. All I can find out about Pro Music Rights Distribution is this old SoundCloud page with some of the weird drum loops with auto-generated artist names and titles, which are some of the tracks of his Spotify pulled, and he had used a different distribution company to upload them there.
