If we get a favorable ruling on the 101, then I believe $5-$7 PPS is realistic, with a settlement from ATVI. Linden may be worth a $1 or so in PPS. Microsoft may be worth a few $$ and I would think a multiple would be applied at that point. I believe the PPS will be in the $2.50 range as we get close to the trial date. This is based on ATVI settling first. If MSFT settles first, all of the numbers would change. Whoever settles first will get the best deal. The key is to get passed the 101 decision and then good things are on the horizon.
