LCYB DID NOT ask BioAmber to assure anything and I know for a fact you can not show they did. LCYB send to have the Reverdia licensed tech transferred to LCYB and they were going to pay the back royalties which were app $408,000. Then in the end LCYB opted out of the STA and decided they did not want to pay the back royalties. LCYB NEVER asked BioAmber to assure anything in fact it was Reverdia they asked in the beginning to have the rights to the tech transferred to them but then decided not to. So there was nothing ever asked of BioAmber and it was also never stated that it was essential to running the plant.
Nothing was ever asked to be assured by BioAmber. It was instead asked if Reverdia would transfer the rights to LCYB which we all know didn’t happen.
Can you show where anything was asked to be assured to LCYB by BioAmber? I can show where it was asked to be assigned to LCYB by Reverdia as it was never asked of BioAmber
