#5467 RE: maxinkuckee #5463

They announced small contracts a couple of years ago in press releases that were still on their web site a few months ago, and also in SEC filings. Their latest release said they were still expecting or hoping for further business from earlier clients (can't remember the exact language). The earlier press releases didn't name names, but one of the contracts was for software installation monitoring structural safety conditions for a limited number of bridges in a "Northeastern state," with a hint that if successful the project could be extended to other bridges. I believe the other mention was a pharmaceutical company, without enough specifics to tell whether the recent NDA is that company or a new one. It all led me to believe that their prospects were decent though delayed.
I bought first in the 10 to 20 cent range, perhaps at a max of 23 cents, after reading about a collaboration with another company I have been invested in a long time, with minimal profit, SGLB. Executives at both companies have been replaced since then, and I don't think any collaboration is still in the works.
As I mentioned earlier, the price when I first looked at it was $2.25, and it had been briefly up to $3 or more. I kept watching as it came down below $1, and at some point, having read their very minimal releases, I thought the prospects were positive, so I began buying and saw it creep up a bit. Then came Covid, then price collapse, followed by a massive dilution with the new share offering. Seeing that the company was still in business, when it began to look like the economy was going to survive Covid, I began buying again in the one cent range and a bit above and below, adding quite a bit in the range of .007, usually in lots of $100-150 at a time, with "spare change" left over from sales of other stocks. I believe I have only sold small chunks three or at most four times, and at least once bought back lower the same or next day. Sold some at .035 this week and tried to buy back but brokerage would not let me at .026--apparently considered too risky. Now that it is back under .02, I will try again, perhaps in another account. I currently hold about 360,000 shares and am still hoping for 10 cents or better within a year or two. I don't see it going back to the $2 range any time soon, if at all, unless they are phenomenally successful, inasmuch as they have many more shares outstanding now. If I can more than cover the initial investment with a good profit, I would probably hold 30-50,000 shares long term in hopes of something bigger. Too soon, really, to be speculating at much more than a dime!
