China company's are mostly scams. Not all, but a high percentage are money scams. They have a history of a large dilution.

I'm currently in on one of those "scam" China stocks. The big bet is if the US & China enter into some kind of Treaty, tax or otherwise. The company in question lost a lawsuit brought by the shareholders. The company even had the gall to state in their next annual report that this US lawsuit has no authority over them because the company operates entirely within China

Haven't heard anything about a Treaty yet.
