Always something like that, where there's a "structured, probably" - the market has priced it in.
Now if there's a "crazy, breaking news story" - that may create a market move, like when we had "surprise tweets".

Europe fed warning today of double dip recession if they stay in lockdown for an extended period, and UK has said they might stay in lockdown until summer.
IEV 10dma starting to turn down. No major damage until it goes farther though.
Tech got above upper BB, just needs a day or two rest/consolidate.
