Good grief. That's obviously wrong.

P20's website is filled with fraudulent bullshit from top to bottom. Ergo, anyone who buys P20 shares today by having relied on what Heddle communicated to them via his website, have been defrauded, and the clock starts ticking from some time in the future when they've realized they were defrauded.

If Heddle was concerned in any way about "running out the clock", the first thing he would have done is remove his website, because there is no running clock without him having done that.
