They would be better off transferring those shares to a preferred stock. That would reduce the OS and therefore the Market cap.

I think the company keeps sabotaging itself by not doing what it said after the merger, getting the audit completed, and getting the damn symbol and name changed. People have long left this stock because of that. If it was going to take a year we should have at least not been kept in the dark about it. But for me, I got to the point where I didnt care anymore, and I just started adding at the 1.20s and going all in LOL because I know for a fact that this one is going to fly. My position is no longer small. But for the love of God, this company needs to get their **** done. I have seen several companies get their name and symbol changed over in 2020. So not sure wtf is going on on here.
