When I spoke with finra, she told me that a name plus ticker change at the same time is a much longer process. Just said there was much more to confirm with the company, more paperwork and simply that more time was needed. Said at least 30 days normally. Said probably longer because of the holidays and Covid situation. And if she meant business days we are well within the normal time frame. Honestly I would be surprised if it happened by the end of the month.
