#14688 RE: Implanting #14687

You have discussed JV or buyout several times and I believe you have also mentioned it occurring before permitting is complete. Perhaps that is why he has really been talking up Steve Lines in the last few interviews and the webinar?

The change to the plans involving the tailings dam could be to win more local support in the future and possibly improve the likelihood of permitting down the road. A smaller footprint could be a great idea for at least 2 reasons - to make it more attractive to locals and/or the government AND to improve the economics of the operation.

The interviewer did appear impressed with the moves Dan/First Mining have made in the last year.

First Mining is reaching their milestones as projected (minus some delay due to the virus). I would say confidence is building. Now lets hope they hit something unexpected at Springpole - another significant resource area for example - and the likelihood of the JV or sale goes way up.

Dan seems to be mentioning the royalties more lately. As you mentioned, that is an area where investors want to be these days. Maybe they can spin off the royalties into a separate company as a reward to current shareholders?
