he's had it for awhile and probably was ready to collect his profit.

COuldn't have came at a worse time.
You'd think - common sense would dictate--
the NEXT 12 months, are going to go a lot better than the last 12..

but you never know someones motivations.

Either way it frees up shares for all of us at a relatively low price still

it seems like a lot of shares-- but in the big scheme of things-- another 2 million is a cake walk
