These things can take time if they're done the right way.
The first filing announcing the Reverse Merger was filed July 2018. After that that the new officers (Robert Schlegel & James Kander) chosen by the new owners were added. This was followed by SEC filings (Form 3) confirming the change in ownership, along with updating older financials. We then got an amendment to the filing Sept 2020. That last filing had more urgency and appeared to signal the deal was close to being done.
Just because there aren't constant PRs pumping this doesn't mean things aren't being done behind the scenes to finalize the deal. This has always been a play based on research and filings that the members on this board discovered. The company has been very quiet all along.
It's clear the deal is in the final stages, we could receive the official PR any day now.
