I have a question that i cant figure out . Here on ihub i often look at the breakout boards . I have seen ENZC on there before but it was months ago. What gets a stock on that page / board ? Is it anything really ? I think im stuck on the name Breakout , I would figure its companies that are "Breaking out " or making a big change or something . Thanks .
