Easy Raffis not true. They have a 10-year exclusive license for the truforma platform. After the initial term, it renews in one-year increments. Like many enterprise software/hardware agreements it started out as a trial or investigational period. With the final milestone payment made last summer, the 10-year exclusive term began.
