The correlation of ALPS to this ticker I saw is when it showed up the large blocks into bid followed soon after. FTEG has not been 0003/4 upon ALPS showing up. Naturally the more ALPS unwinds into bid the more immediate overhang there will be to clear as traders can go .0002 entry .0003/4 exit until bid shores up at 0003/4 preventing the 0002 infinite flips.
