If they only own the operations why is the plant and the land it sits on in LCYB’s name? If they only purchased the operations then why was it all transferred into LCYB’s name?

Old news and desperate grasping at straws. They OBVIOUSLY didn’t ultimately buy any components, certainly not from Bioamber. Every penny that would ever go to Bioamber pursuant to the liquidation by law must go to the secured creditors.
