They also own the biggest dilutable stock pile I've ever seen even for a sub penny stock. I've never seen anything any where close to that number and it's not like they're a billion dollar corporation. I'm not sure how they got away with creating that many shares. It sounds like a way to finance their operation to me. Every time I see it I wonder how they were able to get that many shares past the SEC ..
