The idea for this Joint Venture hase been on the table for quite a while, and I'm guessing that all the logistics have been worked out, by now!
I believe LB will drop the filings any minuet now and the Joint Venture Announcement will soon follow !
I'm just guessing here, but seems to me, the delay on this could have been related to the Election Results ! Now that the results are in - I think the filings and JV will be rolled out over the next few trading day's !!!
All of this is just my opinion of course, and I could be wrong !
As for my beer bet's - I always collect or give those in person - it's more fun that way !!! - Lol
